I am the founder and Chief Learning Officer at PeopleDev LLC. Over the last 20 years, I have served as an operations leader and learning partner for several sales and service organizations. My roles have allowed me to lead the training strategy and manage learning and development programs for leading companies in the software, digital media, automotive, contact center, and telecommunications industries.
I am a member of the Association of Talent Development (ATD) and hold a certificate in professional consulting through them. I am also a certified Brain Profiler through the 6 Seconds Emotional Intelligence Network and hold a project management certificate from the University of North Georgia.
Promoting learning doesn't only take place in the office for me. As the son of a public-school teacher, I enjoy volunteering as a reading tutor for children in the Atlanta area elementary schools. Outside of the office, I'm kept busy with the music and sports schedules of our two kids and the occasional “bug killing” responsibility.
I am a partner and strategic advisor at PeopleDev. Over the last 25 years, I have served in various capacities including as a senior leader in the private and public sectors. My roles have allowed me to work with leading companies in the contact center, telecommunications, and retail industries driving organizational strategy, management development, and employee engagement.
As a daughter of a police officer, I enjoy giving back to the community and volunteering locally for different causes. After hours you can find me planning the family monthly schedule or the next road trip to the beach.
